Chicken Chom Chom


Serves 4

Preparation time 20 minutes, Marinating time 1 hour, Cooking time 10-15 minutes


4 Skinless chicken breasts 1 tablespoons garlic/ginger paste

1 tablespoons mint sauce, 1 teaspoons mix curry powder. 1/4 teaspoon chilly powder 2 small green chillies chopped & 1 tablespoon coriander finely chopped.

1 tea spoon ground black pepper, Salt to taste, 2 medium eggs.

2lt oil 400g breadcrumb.

Tomato chutney / Green salad


1. Wash and dry the chicken fillet then prepare the chicken by removing all traces of fat, then cut the chicken into long thin strips and place in a bowl.

2. Combine all the spices and paste together and mix with chicken then add both egg and mix again, then cover and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour to marinade.

3. Preheat a non-stick work or large frying pan or fryer put oil. Lift the chicken pieces one by one from the marinade, add breadcrumb by rolling the chicken pieces make sure bread crump covering all side, put at least

4. pieces together in medium hot oil in fryer or pan fry until golden brown, repeat until all finishes. Served with tomato chutney and green salad.

Tomato Ketchup chutney

1 medium onion, 4 green chilli, 1 table spoon coriander all finely chopped

8 table spoon tomato ketchup, pinch of salt now mix together and serve.

Green salad

Chopped Lettuce, Cucumber, Radish and Cherry Tomato and 2table spoon of Corn

Wash mix and served with Chicken Chom Chom.
